The Scrapoholic's Original Designs in any form, which include but are not limited to Scrapbook Layouts, Layout Sketches, Cards, Card Sketches, Digital Stamps or Images by JJ's Digi Designz (owned by The Scrapoholic), MTC and SVG Files, Video Tutorial, Written tutorials, etc. unless otherwise noted
- are copyrighted by Jill, aka The Scrapoholic
- owned by Jill, aka The Scrapoholic
- are for your personal use ONLY.
- may NOT be sold and/or claimed as your own designs.
- may NOT be modified in any way and sold as your own.
- may be sold or donated to others ONLY when the files, images, etc. are on items that you have personally hand-made. In other words, the images themselves (alone) may not be sold in any form, but may be on Finished Scrapbook Layouts, Cards, Altered items, etc.
- You MUST give credit to The Scrapoholic or JJ's Digi Designz, if online, link to my site.
The Scrapoholic's or JJ's Digi Designz; MTC Files, SVG Files, Sketches, Digital Stamps and images (by JJ's Digi Designz) are intended for personal and non-commercial use ONLY and only the single, original purchaser has the right to use the product,or receiving Free Images, files, etc that you "dowload" in any way you are agreeing to the Terms of Use and Angel policy of The Scrapoholic's and JJ's Digi Designz .
By purchasing or receiving Free Images, files, etc offered by The Scrapoholic's or JJ's Digi Designz (which is owned by The Scrapoholic) MTC Files, SVG Files, Digital Stamps or Images, you are not purchasing the rights to reproduce them in any way except for personal use. You may NOT redistribute (meaning and not limited to sharing, copying, "lending", duplicating, re-selling, etc.) the Files, Digital Stamps, Images, Pictures, Sketches or any and all products or their content in either their digital or printed format. This includes but not limited to printing and selling the images in any format with intent of use for any crafting or any other purpose.
Simply, you may offer "for sale" any Finished Layout, Cards and/or other hand-crafted paper items made by you,meaning you must personally have created or handcrafted every item you wish to sell that includes The Scrapoholic's or JJ's Digi Designz Sketches, MTC Files, SVG Files, image or stamp, etc.. Also, items produced by any "hired employee(s)", paid or unpaid, for the purpose of profit are NOT allowed. "Kits" that include any of the mentioned above items you need written permission from me; Jill, aka The Scrapoholic, email me HERE. You may NOT, offer any "products" or "goods" you have made at wholesale cost for the intent of any type of "retail sale" by any other person, including yourself. The Scrapoholic and JJ's Digi Designz requires that you give credit for any and all, files, stamps, images, etc. when the designs are used to create items for sale that are sold publicly or privately, either on-line, at fairs or any place or in any way. You may donate your completed items (as described and followed by terms of used described) to a charity, for them to offer for sale, with giving credit of any files, stamps, images, etc. that were used of The Scrapoholic's or JJ's Digi Designz in written form to the charity.

The Scrapoholic's or JJ's Digi Designz Original Designs, Files (MTC & SVG), Stamps, Images, etc. are NOT to be made into physical embellishments, rubber stamps, die-cuts or any other form of being copied, evolved, or derivative product.
Simply put
- You may not claim any of The Scrapoholic's or JJ's Digi Designz designs to be your own.
- You may not modify any and all of The Scrapoholic's or JJ's Digi Designs Original Designs, Files, Sketches, etc. in any manner.
- I own the copyright on all The Scrapoholic's or JJ's Digi Designz Files (MTC & SVG), Printables, Digi Stamps or Images, Sketches, etc. unless otherwise noted.
